Due to business insurance policies all pets that we care for needs to be vaccinated.

As we are around pets all day, it’s important for us that none of our clients have any parasites, contagious illnesses (such as feline aids) or fleas.
open & honest
Please do disclose any behavioural concerns, special needs or medication necessities that might affect our time with your pet as we will want to adjust and support accordingly.
Emergency plans
Provide an emergency contact as well as adequate vet information (name, address, conditions).
